We think our BLT+A might just be the biggest comeback in our Throwback Tastes menu returns, yet. It first tempted taste buds when it hit the Modern Market menu as a seasonal dish in 2012. But it returned for reals – by popular demand – in 2015 and added as a mainstay on our core menu in 2016.

This legendary sammie comes with everything you love in a traditional BLT, crispy bacon, ripe tomato, and great bread. But our chefs handcrafted it to be anything but ordinary, with our peppery arugula, freshly mashed avocado (hand smashed from whole avocados every single day) and Lucky 7 multigrain bread to keep this delicious stack all together. And, did we mention the star of the show – and what truly makes our version unique – Modern’s signature, creamy Basil Aioli that pulls all the flavors together perfectly.
