Earn points every time you make a qualifying purchase at participating locations. Once accumulated, your points can be redeemed for exclusive rewards and discounts.

You automatically earn points when you:

  • Use a registered credit or debit card for direct purchases.
  • Upload your receipt through the app if your card isn’t registered yet.o

Points typically appear within minutes of your purchase. However, processing may take up to 3 business days depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Check your current points balance anytime in the app by tapping the ‘Rewards’ section in the main menu.r

Points expire after 6 months of account inactivity—meaning no qualifying purchases during that period.

To use your points online:

  1. Add qualifying items to your cart.
  2. Apply available rewards during checkout.

Tip: Some rewards only unlock when eligible items are in your cart.

To use your points in person:

  1. Open the app.
  2. Navigate to ‘Rewards’ and select your reward.
  3. Show it to the cashier to redeem.

If a reward is unavailable, it’s likely because:

  • You haven’t earned enough points.
  • The reward isn’t yet active.
  • Your cart doesn’t meet the reward’s criteria.

Click ‘See Details’ in the app for more information.

View all available rewards by opening the app and selecting ‘Rewards’. Options may include free items, discounts, or exclusive offers.

No problem! You can still earn points by submitting a photo of your receipt:

  1. Go to the ‘Rewards’ tab.
  2. Tap ‘Send photo of receipt’.
  3. Fill in the required details and hit ‘Submit’.a

Common reasons include:

  • You didn’t use a registered card.
  • Your purchase was made via a third-party app like UberEats or at a non-participating location (e.g., airports or universities).
  • Your debit card was run as a PIN transaction (use as credit instead).
  • The transaction hasn’t settled yet.

To fix it, submit your receipt in the app for review.n

FYes! Just upload your receipt via the app:

  1. Go to ‘Rewards’ > ‘More’ > ‘Send photo of receipt’.
  2. Make sure your receipt shows the payment type, date, location, and total amount.

If your points don’t show up automatically:

  1. Open the app and go to ‘Rewards’ > ‘Send photo of receipt’.
  2. Upload a clear, legible photo of your payment receipt (not the check).
  3. Select the correct payment type used at checkout.

Receipts are reviewed within 24–72 hours.

Your receipt may be denied if:

  • It’s not the final payment receipt.
  • The photo includes multiple receipts.
  • The image is unclear or missing details like date, location, and total.
  • You didn’t use a registered card or selected the wrong payment type.

Yes! You can register multiple credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) to earn points across all qualifying purchases. Some pre-paid or non-U.S. cards may not be supported.

Only one reward can be redeemed per purchase, even if multiple are active.

  • ‘Redeem’ rewards: Discount appears on your in-store receipt.
  • ‘Activate’ rewards: Discount is applied as a statement credit to your registered card within 7 days

Rewards are applied to the registered card used at checkout, as long as it was activated prior to purchase.

Your card might be rejected if:

  • It’s already registered to another account.
  • You’re trying to add an expired card.
  • It’s a non-supported card type (e.g., Discover, Apple Card, prepaid, or international).

Yes. Your personal data—like your name and email—is never shared without your explicit permission. Payment details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.

  1. Open the app and go to ‘Registered Cards’.
  2. Tap ‘Edit’ to remove a card.
  3. Select ‘Add a new card’ to register a new one.

Our app uses a passwordless login. To update login info:

  1. Visit mobile.thanx.com/login.
  2. Enter your email and follow the emailed link.
  3. Use the link to log in, then update your information.
